Website sponsorship packages include 3 levels of Affiliate membership:
Premier - Reciprocal membership, such as Realtor-Appraisers who are full members holding primary membership in the BVBoR. Those Affiliates who pay state and local dues through our board who also pay the MLS Associate fee to advertise in the BVPD shall be premier members. This Premier group will have the opportunity to have their company name scroll on the main page of the website and their logo on the page with a link to their website.
Choice - Affiliates who do not make their sole income from Real Estate and are Community Affiliates who have paid to become MLS Associates. They shall be listed with company logos without being included in the scrolling. If they choose to pay $100.00 per year they could have a link to their website.
Select - Affiliates who have not paid to become MLS Associate members; shall be listed as Affiliate members.
REALTOR® members are not allowed to purchase priveleges on the Affiliate's scrolling box or pages of the BVBoR website.
